About Jacayla

A practical, systems-focused approach grounded in real experience.

       With over 30 years in dentistry, my career has evolved through every stage of the practice environment—from chairside support to administrative roles, clinical oversight, office management, and ultimately operational advisory.

​

I began in a time when amalgam fillings were standard and composite restorations were still considered specialized. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow alongside the profession—learning from the doctors, teams, and mentors who shaped not only my skillset, but my perspective.

That progression has given me a comprehensive understanding of how dental practices truly function day-to-day—from the clinical floor to the front office—and where challenges naturally develop over time.

Because I’ve worked within each layer of a practice, I don’t just evaluate systems from the outside—I understand how decisions impact the entire team, the workflow, and ultimately the patient experience.
